Good Questions
We know you might have questions about our services—check out the FAQs below!
General
What types of massage therapy do you offer?
We offer a full range of massage treatments, from classic Swedish Relax to Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and specialized Fix treatments. Whether you’re looking to unwind or work on a specific issue, we’ve got the right therapy for you.
How do your massage services complement physiotherapy treatments?
Our massage therapists often work alongside physiotherapists to help speed up recovery, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility. It’s a powerful combo for long-term results.
Can I book a massage if I'm currently seeing a physiotherapist?
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine both. Just let us know your current treatment plan so we can tailor the massage to support it.
Do you offer personalized massage plans based on individual needs?
Yes. Everybody is different, so our therapists take the time to understand your goals, pain points, and lifestyle to create a custom treatment plan.
How often should I receive massage therapy for optimal results?
That depends on your body and your goals. For general maintenance, once every 3 to 4 weeks works well. For injury recovery or chronic tension, we may recommend more frequent sessions.
What are the benefits of combining massage therapy with physiotherapy?
Together, they boost circulation, support healing, reduce pain, and improve posture and performance. Massage makes muscles more receptive to physiotherapy, and vice versa.
Is massage therapy safe for people with medical conditions or injuries?
Yes, in most cases. We always adjust techniques based on your health, and if needed, we work in alignment with your doctor or physiotherapist.
Do I need a referral from a physiotherapist to book a session?
No referral needed. Just book directly, online or by phone. We’re ready when you are.
