Before Your Massage
What should I expect during my first visit?
You’ll be welcomed by our Feelgood team and can take a load off in our sitting area with our famous herbal tea or fruit water. You came to a place of peace.
If it is your first visit you will be asked to do the the Doctor Feelgood Body Intake — our way of understanding your body, your history and what you need from the session.
Just relax your therapist will come and pick you up and take you to the Massage Room there you will have a short focused conversation to understand your needs and wishes to get the treatment totally custom-made. It is important to let your Therapist know what areas you want worked on and you where you want exra focus on etc. The therapist will explain how to get on the massage table and where to put your stuff. We always give you full privacy and leave the room while getting on or off the massage table and knock and ask if you are ready before re-entering the room.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time on your first visit. 10-5 minutes max on your next returning visits.
Being a bit early gives you space to arrive properly, have a tea, and start your massage relaxed and on time. Also this will guarantee you getting your full treatment time.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Of course you can. We have a mix of excellent Male and Female Top and Master Therapists. Just let us know when booking. On our website and in our booking App you can select Male or Female Preference. But if you rather keep your underwear on — that is totally fine too! Your body, your session, your choice.

Yes.
You’ll always be properly ‘draped’(covered) or as your treatments. Respectful draping using sheets and blankets means safety and safely means relaxation.Only the area being worked on is uncovered. Even when turning over nothing will be exposed, even if you choose a belly massage your chest will be always draped. We use a mix of quality sheets, towels ,blankets and Mineral Musdpacks and Hot Stones during the massage so you will be warm and nurtured at all time!
What is the Hot Mud treatment and Hot-Stones in every massage?
We use our signature Hot Mineral Mud packs for decades – heated in 75 degrees tanks they are placed on your back during your massage to soothe, relax and melt the fascia around your muscles so deeper work can be done and you will get the best result out of your treatment. We also use Hot-Stones in all our treatments to melt your muscled and as an soothing extention of the therapists hands. We are known and loved for this addition!

Most people experience the massage as relaxing, grounding, or deeply releasing.
If you choose deep tissue, fascia release or trigger point work, it may feel intense at times — but if it is too much pressure or not enough, we do invite you to please speak up it is your body, you treatment!
Can I talk during the massage?
That’s entirely up to you.
Some people chat. Others rest, breathe, or drift off. All of it is welcome. . As a rule our therapists will only talk to check in about pressure and comfort level or when asked a question. Conversation will never be initiated by anyone other then you. We invite you to let your therapist know if you really prefer silence or if the music volume needs to be adjusted
